- Mandatory coaching program for supervisors has been 90%
Overseas Training
- 37 of our Intake 2 “Getting to Know You” Program trainees successfully completed NVQ2 at TTE
- NVQ2 validated on the Plant for those trainees who joined in the first intake
- These trainees are now progressing well in NVQ3 ISBL training
