Learning and Development 

From the inception of the Company both as a responsible corporate citizen and from a business and operational perspective AMPCO has been committed to the integration of Equato-Guineans throughout the Company.

The role of the Learning and Development Department is to ensure that appropriate long term and continuous learning and development processes are in place and accessible to all staff in the organization and to achieve this we work closely with all parts of the Company as well as with our partners and the Ministry of Mines, Industry, and Energy.
