Working with Equatorial Guinean Government, the Ministry of Mines, Industry, & Energy, and all Equatorial Guinean Embassies to identify where Equato-Guinean students are enrolled
Increase AMPCO's presence on campus
Integrate Equato-Guinean returnees into the AMPCO operation
Conduct recruitment event in Accra (mid 2010)
University Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) sponsorship (4)
AMPCO Scholarship program being developed for engineering majors

Technical

ITNHGE “Getting to Know You Program” (GTKY)

17 trainees from ITNHGE commenced the Program in April 2010
They will spend 5 weeks acquiring Plant experience before attending City and Guilds 0603 studies for 9 weeks
They will undertake an NVQ2 Program at TTE in the UK from August-December 2010
Upon return they will continue their training towards an NVQ3 qualification
Sponsoring a further 5 students on the ITNHGE Intake 3 Program
University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT) and TTE graduates to continue NVQ3
Identify additional external courses to underpin NVQ3
