As a senior process engineer, one's responsibilities extend beyond technical expertise. They must ensure the development and execution of validation protocols for product registration, track and manage production data analysis, and improve processes for better data assessment and report quality.

List of knowledge, skills and abilities required:

• Provide expert technical assistance and process support to the Plant.
• Make recommendations to solve issues for presentation to other Departments.
• Responsible for the development of the process engineers through the various professional levels, through providing direct technical guidance and professional mentorship
• Ensure compliance with current Company Regulations.
• Maintain safe working practices as specified by such regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to entry level process engineers and engineering interns.
• Drive alignment of company's engineering processes to global standard.
• Initiate and lead high-impact projects delivering value to the organization.
• Serve as an agent of change – gain support of other managers and staffs to effectively change current practices and ways of thinking.
• Understand and implement problem solving and improvement techniques within the engineering department to help identify/develop new process and improve existing ones.
• Undertake other tasks or assignments which may from time to time be directed as required by senior management.

Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Process Engineering

Minimum of 7 years of experience
